1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing Screenshot Brain ("the Application"), provided by Rahat Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.
2. Permitted Use & Local Sandbox
Screenshot Brain is licensed, not sold, to you for personal and professional productivity use on iOS and iPadOS devices owned or controlled by you. All processing, indexing, and text parsing executes locally on your device hardware.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features (including unlimited batch exports, full offline search index history, and automated hygiene filters) may require an active Pro subscription or Lifetime unlock:
- Billing via Apple ID: Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time via your Apple ID Account Settings on iOS.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. While our on-device optical character recognition strives for high accuracy, OCR outputs depend on image clarity, lighting, font styles, and resolution. You are solely responsible for verifying critical receipt totals, serial numbers, and accounting calculations before submitting them for tax filings.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rahat Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.
